Account control

Delete or recover your account.

In MindPhase, open Settings, choose Account, then Account deletion. Customer Center and subscription-management options appear before confirmation.

Recovery period

Normal app access is deactivated immediately. For 30 days, sign in again and choose Cancel deletion to recover the account. At day 30, MindPhase purges the Clerk identity, preferences, intentions, session history, feedback, consent records, and caches, except records that must be retained for billing, refunds, disputes, fraud, tax, or accounting.

Subscriptions

Deleting your MindPhase account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple subscription settings.

Cannot access the app?

Contact support@mindphase.app from the address used for your account. We will require reauthentication or equivalent proof before changing deletion status.
