Terms of use

These terms govern MindPhase, provided by Vigilainte Inc., 8 The Green, Ste D, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

Product scope

MindPhase provides adaptive focus audio and session tools. It is not medical care and does not diagnose or treat ADHD, neurological conditions, or any health condition. Results vary, and no productivity outcome is guaranteed.

Purchases

Apple in-app purchases follow Apple’s terms. Web purchases use RevenueCat and Stripe. Subscription products renew until cancelled. Deleting a MindPhase account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage it in RevenueCat Customer Center or Apple subscription settings.

Lifetime access

Lifetime means access to the Premium entitlement for the supported lifetime of the MindPhase service, subject to these terms. The launch offer may be withdrawn for new purchases while existing entitlements remain honored.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass media grants, quota, payment, authentication, rate limits, or access controls; redistribute protected audio; or interfere with the service.
