The primary support experience is inside MindPhase through RevenueCat Customer Center and the native support form.

Purchases and access

Use Restore Purchases in Settings if an App Store purchase is missing. Web purchasers should open the one-time redemption link on iPhone, sign in to MindPhase, and complete redemption within 60 minutes. An expired link can be resent from the purchase email flow.

Playback

Confirm that Background Audio is available, check the selected output route, and reopen the active session after an interruption. MindPhase will attempt deterministic recovery without changing the session’s audio seed.
