Data we process

We process Clerk account identifiers, onboarding preferences, consent records, subscription entitlement status, session timing and optional intentions, optional post-session ratings, and limited Funnel attribution. With product-analytics consent, PostHog receives screen views, screen duration, predefined control selections, navigation and session lifecycle events, and website route, interaction, and scroll-depth events. Detailed session history is retained for twelve months unless you delete it sooner.

Advertising attribution

RevenueCat receives Apple’s privacy-preserving Apple Ads attribution token. If you allow advertising measurement and authorize Apple’s tracking permission, MindPhase may provide Meta, TikTok, and AppsFlyer with permitted device identifiers and non-sensitive product interactions. These interactions may include selected product screen views; app launch; onboarding and authentication completion; paywall view or dismissal; preview playback; focus-session start, pause, resume, extension, early end, or completion; a static sound-world label; and coarse duration or elapsed-time ranges. We do not provide the intention you enter or your onboarding answers with those events. AppsFlyer measures app installation and sessions and may associate its installation identifier with your MindPhase account after sign-in. RevenueCat may provide AppsFlyer with selected verified trial, purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund, and related billing lifecycle events for campaign measurement. After a newly completed purchase confirms Premium, MindPhase may send TikTok the verified product identifier, transaction price and currency, subscription period, and whether the transaction started a trial or completed an initial purchase. RevenueCat provides Meta with purchase and subscription events. MindPhase does not send TikTok renewal, cancellation, refund, billing-issue, or lifetime-value events directly in version 1.0. On the public website, an advertising provider receives route views and predefined click and scroll milestones only when its website pixel is configured and you separately consent; TikTok and X website pixels are currently disabled. If you deny or withdraw advertising permission, the app stops its advertising measurement transmissions immediately and requests removal of its AppsFlyer association from RevenueCat. That server-side removal needs a network connection to synchronize and may not take effect immediately. Withdrawal does not delete data the providers previously received; you may request account deletion as described below.

Data we do not request or send for measurement

MindPhase does not request health data, biometrics, microphone access, precise location, contacts, or motion data. We do not send onboarding answers, intention text, emails, tokens, support messages, signed media grants, raw errors, SDK diagnostics, crash reports, or arbitrary properties to product analytics or advertising systems.

Service providers

MindPhase uses Clerk for identity, RevenueCat and Apple/Stripe for purchase management, Apple Ads, Meta, TikTok, and AppsFlyer for consent-respecting campaign measurement, PostHog US Cloud for consented product analytics, and Cloudflare for compute, data, private media delivery, access control, and support-email routing.

Your choices

You may delete individual sessions; decline optional feedback, product analytics, or advertising measurement; reopen Privacy choices in the website footer; or request account deletion. Account deletion has a 30-day recovery period. Legally required billing, refund, dispute, fraud, tax, and accounting records may be retained.

Children

MindPhase is not directed to children. The app applies a minimum age of 13 only where local law permits and uses higher regional thresholds where required.
